With its release edging closer, many will no doubt be wondering whether or not F1 25 is coming to Game Pass. More and more information about Codemasters' latest entry in the beloved series continues to emerge, with EA SPORTS sharing new details through a Deep Dive series every week.
Offering various new features, mechanics, and improvements across all modes, we already know that F1 25 will be launching worldwide on May 30 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
But what about Game Pass? I hear you ask. For all of the F1 enthusiasts out there, here's what we know about the game releasing on Microsoft's subscription service so far!
Is F1 25 Releasing on Game Pass?
Unfortunately, there has been no confirmation that F1 25 will be available on Game Pass, at least not at launch.
However, it has been announced that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers will be able to play a 5-hour early access trial of F1 25 through EA Play, which is included in the aforementioned Game Pass subscriptions.
According to the EA website, EA Play members can enjoy up to 5 hours of the official F1 25 game starting May 27, three days before its release.
Additionally, a report by Dealabs suggests that F1 25 will feature a 10-hour Xbox Game Pass trial for those who are subscribed to either Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass, allowing them to try before they buy. This isn't unusual for EA releases, although we presume it will only be available to access once F1 25 has launched on May 30.
Despite releasing in May last year, F1 24 was only added to Game Pass this February, so it could be quite some time before we see F1 25 arrive as a free-to-play title as well.
