Earlier this month, Kunos Simulazioni announced the axing of the traditional career mode for Assetto Corsa EVO. It was definitely a big blow as the game continues to struggle throughout early release.
A blend of open-world and career modes would’ve quickly positioned the hyper-realistic racer as a standout title. One of the major reasons for cutting the mode was to focus on other things, per Kunos Simulazioni.
Regular updates will continue to be released, and so will the open-world Eifel region. Update 0.5 is the next update for Assetto Corsa EVO. Here are all the cars and tracks it'll add to the game.
